Can I ship multiple items in one box?

It's important to package every item correctly before shipping to our authentication centre. You shouldn't ship more than one item in a box. If you have multiple items, you must send them in individual boxes.

DO

- Ensure all necessary documentation is printed and included in the box

- Use packing paper so your item stays secure while in transit

- Fasten the package using strong tape

- Tape the shipping label to the outside of the box and make sure it's clearly visible and easy to scan

DON'T

- Ship your item in a bag

- Include multiple items in one bag

- Apply any tape to the original shoe box
