I dropped off my item at an access point or left it for collection with a third-party carrier. What happens now? 09 January 2024 21:24 Updated If you have dropped your package at an access point or to a third-party service, this may cause a delay in your order showing as shipped. Your order isn’t marked as “Shipped For Authentication” until the origin scan from the courier has been received. Due to possible delays with the origin scan when using an access point or third-party service, your payout could be affected or your order could potentially be cancelled if Laced doesn’t receive the shipment in time. As such, we encourage sellers to drop all packages to the carrier’s designated store, ideally before 9pm. Laced will not be held responsible for any packages that are dropped off with the applicable carrier via third-party access points, this includes: DPD/UPS Drop-Off Lockers and convenience stores. While we will continue to cover collections carried out by DPD, Laced is unable to accept liability for packages that are picked up by third-party shipping service providers.
