Can I cancel a trade once an item has sold?

It's important to keep your listings up to date and remove any that you can no longer fulfil, because once an item is sold, there is no way you can cancel the transaction.

Once sold, the transaction must be completed in conjunction with our T&Cs and the item must be sent within two working days or you risk a fine and potential ban from the site.
