What happens once my item is sold? 03 May 2023 14:21 Updated Once your item has sold, you will receive a notification letting you know. You will receive an email with a shipping label, which will also appear in your Laced account. The item must be properly packaged and sent to our authentication centre using the shipping label. You have two working days to send the item to us. It's important for to ensure the item's status is changed to "shipped" once sent. This can be done in the Laced account section. If you fail to send the item to us in two working days, you will receive a fine and may be banned from the platform. Once the item arrives at our authentication centre, it'll make its way through our rigorous authentication process. You can find out more about authentication here.
