If the item fails authentication, you'll receive an email informing you of the reason. If your item fails authentication, you'll receive a full refund. All refunds are made to the original payment method used to make the purchase and may take 5-10 days to arrive in your account. If the refund doesn't show in your account after 10 days, we suggest contacting your bank.
