What happens if I buy an item and the seller doesn’t ship?

When you place an order, the seller has strictly two working days to send the item to us for authentication. If they miss this deadline, your order will be cancelled and you'll receive a full refund. All refunds are made to the original payment method used to make the purchase and should arrive in 5-10 days.

If the seller misses the deadline, they will be fined and their account with Laced may be suspended.
