How long does the authentication process take?

Once the item arrives at our authentication centre for checks, it generally takes around two working days to authenticate the item and send it out to the buyer. However, it's worth noting that this can take slightly longer during busy periods like bank holidays and Christmas.

You will be regularly notified of the item's progress as it makes its way through the authentication process.
