What is the Laced returns policy? 06 November 2024 15:09 Updated As a consumer, you have the right to change your mind about a purchase, return an item and receive a refund in certain circumstances. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same unused condition it arrived in and in its original packaging with the Laced authentication tag still intact. If you change your mind about your order, you’ll need to email help@laced.com with your order number and reason for returning, within 30 days.Our team will then arrange a returns label for you and the cost of the return (£8.99) will be deducted from your refund. For orders outside of the UK, France and Germany, your return cost will be calculated based on region and will be deducted from your refund. If the item is faulty or there was a change with your order from our side, Laced will pay for the cost of shipping. This is in line with UK and European legislation. UPDATE: We are extending our 14 days change your mind policy to 30 days for items purchased between 1st November - 31st December 2024. For any other period, standard 14 days changing your mind return policy, will apply. Rest of the returns process is kept the same as outlined in the T&Cs.
