Once it arrives, it'll go through our stringent authentication process to ensure it's guaranteed authentic and unused. If the item successfully passes authentication, it'll be sent to you and you'll receive an email with tracking information. If the item fails authentication, we'll let you know why and you'll receive a full refund. All refunds are made to the original payment method used to place the order and may take 5-10 days to arrive in your account.
